All payments must be made through our secure payment system. Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include all applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
Cancellations within 48 hours may incur charges
No-shows will be charged the full amount

5. User Responsibilities

Users of LuxStayed agree to:

Respect hotel properties and staff
Follow hotel rules and regulations
Not engage in fraudulent activities

6. Liability

LuxStayed acts as an intermediary between users and hotels. While we carefully select our partner hotels, we are not responsible for their services or any issues that may arise during your stay.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of LuxStayed and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
